  • The use of a 30-minute jog stimulates a calorie intake of 149 to 390 calories in men while burning a calorie intake of between 120 and 381 calories in women.
  • Nearly all of the men surveyed and nearly 95% of the women surveyed said they preferred intercourse on the treadmill.

3. Sports does not necessarily mean weight loss

While some may argue that exercise causes weight loss, some studies suggest that this loss is not already guaranteed as we think! Especially as regular exercise stimulates the secretion of hormones that make a person feel hungry.

And here comes the benefits of sexual intercourse in weight loss, the exercise of intimacy helps to secret hormones that work on cutting appetite and make you want to eat in less.

4 - intercourse reduces the amount of food you eat

Here we must talk more about the hormone of love, or scientifically called the hormone Oxytocin , a hormone that is usually produced in the body in cases such as: the exercise of intimacy, the feeling of kindness and love, childbirth, breastfeeding.

The level of this hormone is particularly high in the body during the exercise of intimacy, and reaches its maximum level when reaching orgasm. Studies have found that high levels of this hormone in the bodies of men reduces their desire to consume calories in general, especially those that come from fatty foods such as chocolate.
